Hilde De Schryver Joins the Outsourcing Team in Antwerp & Flemish Brabant

With the arrival of Hilde De Schryver as Director, Outsourcing, we are deliberately leveraging CFO-level experience to further strengthen our operations in the region. Hilde brings a broad background from both corporate and family-owned environments and will work alongside our team of consultants to support companies in an increasingly complex financial landscape.

From Audit to CFO

Hilde began her career at EY, where she spent eleven years in audit and transaction services. She then progressed at Ansell to become CFO for the EMEA region, overseeing accounting, controlling, credit & collection, and payroll within an international corporate context.

Later, she served as Group CFO at Stephex and Van De Velde Packaging, both family-owned businesses. There, she also managed treasury, cash flow, and taxation, while guiding acquisitions, integrations, and the further development of finance organizations.

The Bridge Between CFO and Outsourcing

For Hilde, the move into outsourcing was a deliberate choice.

"Today, I combine working on projects with developing the service line in the region. This mix of operational and strategic work gives me a lot of energy."

Her experience as a CFO is a clear advantage.

"I know how a finance department operates, what keeps CFOs awake at night, and what they truly need. This allows me to quickly assess their requirements and translate them into the right support."
