That is why we are expanding our services with Permanent Staffing.

For years, Finvision has supported organizations through finance advisory and temporary staffing solutions. Throughout these collaborations, we have noticed a growing demand from clients not only for temporary support, but also for assistance in filling permanent finance positions.
With the launch of Permanent Staffing, we are responding to that need. Organizations can now rely on us across the full spectrum of finance support: from advisory services and temporary expertise to the recruitment of permanent finance professionals.

Strengthening our recruitment team
To further develop this new service line, we are pleased to welcome Liesbeth Vanbrabant (shown left) as Talent Acquisition Specialist. In her role, she will focus on recruiting and supporting finance professionals for client vacancies across the regions of Limburg, Antwerp, and Flemish Brabant.
Permanent Staffing will also be supported by Maria Van Damme (shown right). Combining her background in finance recruitment with her experience managing finance consultants, Maria brings valuable expertise in assessing both technical capabilities and cultural fit.

With Permanent Staffing, we focus exclusively on finance profiles. This includes accountants, controllers, reporting specialists, IFRS and consolidation experts, credit management professionals, as well as finance management and executive-level roles.
