She subsequently served as Group CFO in family-owned businesses, where she was responsible for accounting, controlling, treasury, cash flow, taxation, and acquisitions.
Hilde combines strategic insight with operational execution. She understands the challenges that keep CFOs awake at night and can quickly translate their needs into the right support, both in terms of expertise and cultural fit.
Philippe Van den Avenne
