Three new partners join our leadership team

Since the beginning of 2026, we are proud to welcome three new partners to our partnership team. We are delighted to appoint Anouk Meerschaert, Lien Soete, and Stijn Verhoeven as partners.
With these appointments, our partnership team continues to grow, allowing us to further build a strong and future-oriented organization, supported by more than 230 colleagues across seven offices in Flanders, Brussels, and Liège.
Anouk Meerschaert – Partner, CFO Advisory & Reporting
Anouk began her career in 2008 as an external auditor and joined Finvision in 2017, where she further specialized in IFRS and consolidation.
With 17 years of experience, she combines deep technical expertise with strong insight into the IT solutions that support consolidation processes. This dual perspective—both technical and technological—enables her to translate complex consolidation challenges into pragmatic, forward-looking solutions.
In addition to her technical expertise, Anouk is known for her collaborative and people-oriented approach within the IFRS team. She mentors colleagues, encourages knowledge sharing, and contributes to a strong team dynamic where collaboration is central.
As a Partner within CFO Advisory & Reporting, she continues to focus on quality, innovation, and close collaboration with both clients and colleagues.
Lien Soete
Partner Outsourcing
Lien is an all-round finance professional with over 15 years of experience across a variety of financial functions. Her expertise ranges from general accounting and corporate controlling to budgeting & forecasting, ERP implementations, and project management.
She began her career at Finvision as an Outsourcing consultant and has grown into a key figure within our Outsourcing activities. Since 2022, she has combined client-focused projects with leading her own team of Outsourcing consultants, guiding them with her extensive hands-on experience.
In addition to her role as Partner within Outsourcing, Lien is responsible for the further development and management of the West & East Flanders region. Her collaborative approach and broad financial expertise make her a strong link between clients, teams, and the organization.
Stijn Verhoeven
Partner Transaction Advisory Services & Assurance
Stijn has over 15 years of experience in Assurance, Consolidation, and Transaction Advisory Services. He began his career in 2011 within an international audit environment, where he was responsible for auditing Belgian (listed) companies, subsidiaries of international groups, and SMEs.
Since joining Finvision in 2022, he has further specialized in Transaction Advisory Services, focusing on buy- and sell-side financial due diligence and business valuations.
As a recognized statutory auditor, he advises clients during critical strategic moments, with a strong focus on quality, independence, and sustainable value creation.
