Sam Verfaillie

Sam has +30 years of experience in audit, ifrs, consolidation, reporting, IPOs and valuations. He focus also on integrating technology and AI in internally and the service delivery towards customers and supports the Finticx team with the go to market of our SAAS reporting platform. Sam started his career as an auditor at Big Four-firm (1995 to 2011, including 18 months in Silicon Valley) where he was also part of the IFRS and Capital markets desk in Belgium. Sam is a registered auditor (IBR/IRE) in Belgium since 1999 and an accountant since 2017. Sam has studied commercial engineer at the University of Leuven and subsequently a post-graduate in Accounting & Auditing.
