Sam Verfaillie

Sam has more than 30 years of experience in audit, IFRS, consolidation, reporting, IPOs and valuations. He also focuses on the integration of technology and AI, both internally and in client services, and supports the Finticx team in the go-to-market of its SaaS reporting platform. He started his career at EY (1995-2001), including an international assignment in Silicon Valley, and was part of the IFRS and capital markets department in Belgium. Sam holds a degree in Business Engineering from KU Leuven (1990-1994) and a postgraduate degree in Accounting & Auditing (1994-1995). He has been a certified statutory auditor (IBR/IRE) since 1999 and a certified accountant (ITAA) since 2017.
