AI @Finvision
At Finvision, we believe that artificial intelligence (AI) will play a key role in how we work and create value for our clients. Not by replacing people, but by amplifying their expertise. For us, technology is not a goal in itself, it’s a lever that helps us work smarter, collaborate better, and elevate our services to the next level.
AI offers tremendous opportunities to optimize processes, automate repetitive tasks, and reach relevant insights faster. At the same time, we know that AI only has real impact when it’s aligned with our people, our workflows, our pace, and our reality. That’s why we use technology to complement our knowledge and judgement, never to replace them.
Collaboration with Merlin Innovation
We share this people-focused vision with our partner Merlin Innovation. Together, we began developing an AI strategy and roadmap in September, covering all service lines and internal departments. Through interactive workshops, we work with teams from each service line to map out current workflows: where repetitive or time-consuming tasks occur, where bottlenecks emerge, and which processes could be accelerated or improved through AI.
Based on these analyses, we define and evaluate concrete AI use cases. In this way, we’re not building abstract technology, but solutions grounded in the daily reality of our employees.
From Vision to Action
The first phase of this trajectory focuses on identifying AI opportunities within six service lines and HR:
- Audit
- Accountancy
- Tax & Legal
- Transaction
- IFRS & Conso
- Finticx
- HR
The results of this phase, expected in November, will include a comprehensive inventory of potential AI and automation opportunities, a clear prioritization of these use cases, and a working prototype that delivers a first tangible outcome.
Where do the opportunities lie?
Within Finvision, we see strong potential in four key domains:
- AI Agents: digital assistants that can independently perform specific tasks, such as gathering data, generating reports, or following up on files.
- Agentic AI: systems that not only respond to instructions but also take initiative within predefined boundaries, for example, to plan tasks or provide recommendations.
- Generative AI: technology that creates new content, such as texts, summaries, or visual elements, helping us save time on communication and documentation.
- Automation: streamlining repetitive processes so our people can focus on analytical and strategic work.
Towards an AI-Empowered Finvision
The next step, planned for 2026, is the implementation of this roadmap. We will further develop the most relevant AI use cases and integrate them into our daily operations. Our goal is clear: technology as a partner, not a replacement. Together with Merlin Innovation, we are building a future in which AI supports, strengthens, and inspires our people.
At Finvision, AI is not about change for the sake of change, but about thoughtful innovation, with people as the starting point and driving force.
