Waarderingen:
estimate the value of your business

Are you restructuring your business? Are you considering a merger with a sector partner? Or is there an acquisition in the pipeline? Then the value of your company is the key information that opens many doors.

What is the value of your company?

The value of a company depends mainly on three things: future profits, the risks associated with those profits and the current net cash or net debt position.

Based on different valuation techniques, we assist you in determining the fair value of your company, either as part of your group restructuring or as part or your strategic decision, such as a potential merger with a competitor or as preparation of an acquisition. This valuation can serve as a basis for starting negotiations or for resolving a dispute through a valuation by an independent expert.

What is the value of your intangibles?

An essential part of your company’s value cannot be derived from your balance sheet, such as the value of research & development initiatives, the value of your customer portfolio, your technology or the significant advantageous contracts that might give you a competitive advantage.

A valuation of the intangibles arises after a business combination as part of a PPA (purchase price allocation) exercise in accordance with IFRS3, or if you wish to transfer part of your business assets (including part of your customer portfolio or your technology) from one legal entity to another. Finvision has a broad experience in performing such valuation exercises and is able to present a wide range of credentials, in order for you to rely on our reportings in discussing with your statutory auditor.
